Alaskan Yellow Cedar Shingles #2 grade

Description

18″ Alaskan Yellow Cedar  shingles cover 25 square feet per bundle when installed at 5″ exposed but can be installed up to 7 1/2″ which yields 37.5 square feet. Alaskan Yellow Cedar  is best suited to be installed with no stain or finish since it weathers to an attractive silver-gray color and there are no tanins like western red cedar that will leach and stain them black. These shingles are not kiln dried but we do store them out of the weather.
